Need to implement the panasterra siege. something there is other cuz the normal siege packet dont change the state of these fortresses
I've tested here and are working normally. Maybe is how your geodata is set.
To me is working normally Maybe is something occasional
I've added the quest script (was missing) and change the quest level in quest_data. Problem still persists. Maybe is a client side bug.
