What debugging have you done? What is the error that you are receiving? Have you modified the config.h file and added any other fields?
You should be fine to modify the config file as required, by changing the num_keywords value, adding the labels and defining the order of the value in the define statements....
This could just be a timing issue when the data has been updated? Always ensure that the checksum has been calculated correctly, and then if that is valid, use that...
