Older telegram messages that recieve reactions are resent to IRC

Messages older than about an hour are resent to irc and irc alone if someone uses telegram's reaction feature on the message. Not sure about the exact amount of time...

It's a bit of a personal info hazard to leave the images up and publicly accessible if the original uploader deletes them.

Tried it with emerald as well, both were invisible. It renders fine on the other pieces of armor.
