4 is fixed via 95d0e650c63b2a19f895b6286c16202e65933404 3 is #14, #3 I think that 1 would be covered by #15
Most likely it would after #15 is resolved
@atsu85 this should be covered by second part of #3, but let's keep it open so I won't forget to check
@Turbo87 source maps loading does not use usual file limit
@dwickern what server is serving the files and what response headers does it provide for source maps? From the source code looks like if there's a `contentLength` header another branch...
@Turbo87 we're going to fix that on our side, but it's probably worth checking whether `Content-Length` can be produced on the server
@Turbo87 yeah, sounds reasonable. Anyway, fix just landed on master, so you can expect it in 2017.1 EAP which is going to start pretty soon
This problem should be fixed with JetBrains/intellij-plugins@1ddd37c13c64ad31d7397d8472b950cb65c8fbc2.
Because AngularJS is now moved to the JetBrains repository, this issue is now tracked in the YouTrack as [WEB-10978](http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-10978).
I believe this is mostly handled by JetBrains/intellij-plugins@6b08f4f08de1b2f668befbf6801089087cd91567
