Template semconv changes in `otelhttp`

https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-contrib/pull/5773 is merged. Looks like this one is no longer blocked.

Add tests to ensure the `otelhttp` instrumentation produce the latest semantic convention server metrics when `OTEL_SEMCONV_STABILITY_OPT_IN="http/dup"` is set
