Precipitation-probability without precipitation value

For some reason hours with precipitation-probability do not have the actual precipitation value... looks like "rain" values are completely missing. 

Automatically download/sync "dependent" variables based on the "requested" variables list

Currently we have to "know" how certain forecast variables are implemented in each model in order to know what underlying variables are used to calculate them... It would be great...
