Failed to clone 'third_party/qnn'

when i use command `git clone --recursive mace` it just ok. but when i `git clone mace` then run `git submodule update --init --recursive`, `qnn` error comes out.

i've got an error as "file COPY cannot find",i've got an access of basel face model,how can i get the BaselFace.dat,hope to get your answer best wishes
