Looking for Calibre and Calibre Web Comics instructions

I just installed the Calibre addon from this repo. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to configure the addon?

After typing the AppID and hitting get. Nothing happens, it just sits on Connecting to Steam... Any idea how to fix this? I'm on Windows 10.
