请教一下，emby服务器+alist网盘+rclone挂载到服务器，数据怎么迁移。我在电脑上把alist网盘中的其中一个合集刮削到本地了，怎么使这些刮削出来的元数据在emby服务器中生效，并且能在emby中显示呢，注意是连的网盘刮削的。并不能将这么多的视频文件传到emby服务器中。
固件22.03.6 2024031514，重启后docker镜像和容器全部丢失
