I am not able to write to a file by *helix* but I am able to do with *vim*, what is the reason ?

nor my typescript-language-server, nor vscode-html-server, works they are installed in path

In Emacs, the same issue persists but for some reason, the url is prefixed with 'file:///' instead of 'https://' Is this Eglot issue ?
