**Update:** I worked out that I needed to run: % dnf install distribution-gpg-keys But that installed the keys for Fedora 29. So, then I ran: % dnf update distribution-gpg-keys --releasever=30...
Oh, that's because: % dnf update distribution-gpg-keys --releasever=30 didn't work. Because the correct keys aren't installed. Which seems like a bit of a Catch 22.

I don't think I'm doing anything clever (or dodgy!) here. That's just what I get when I run `make dist`.
@boumenot Would you consider [marking the module as ADOPTME](http://blogs.perl.org/users/brian_d_foy/2013/02/mark-your-modules-as-adoptable-if-you-dont-want-them.html) so that someone else could pick it up and do the rewrite? And, until that happens, perhaps you could release another...
