chore(deps): bump uuid from 11.1.0 to 13.0.0

It appears that only UUIDv4 is every used, thus the package could be replaced with [`randomUUID` from `node:crypto`](https://nodejs.org/docs/latest-v20.x/api/all.html#all_crypto_cryptorandomuuidoptions) (Added in: v15.6.0, v14.17.0).
