Aha, the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat" does not exist. Under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019" I only have a "BuildTools" subdirectory. I'll try to investigate why it's missing....
