Selecting uncommited changes in the log graph either shows no files in workdir files, or shows the files from a previous graph select.

As indicated in the title. the "Uncommitted changes" in the log graph window does not seem to do the right thing for the workdir files window. Seen in gittyup v1.3.0...

Staging an LFS tracked file does not seem to apply the configured hooks.

When staging an LFS tracked file, the file is staged as a regular file, rather than being processed by the LFS hooks to end up with a hash text file....
