Blurhash isn't being generated for local images in Astro

This is also confusing to me. I'm deploying to Netlify so I figured all local images would automatically be using the cdn and the blurHash would be generated as stated...

@qmx @sra As a temp workaround you can close it with `ctrl+p` then `Toggle Console`
