This is not exactly much of a bug and more of a feature missing as dungeons haven't exactly progress much in terms of feature complete
pretty sure they have been removed in 1.0.1-a.3 
these are extensions not mods you can find the mods in the settings
But yes i can also confirm this happens when going into settings > Privacy & Permissions > selecting any permissions and right clicking on the select website textbox
