AltGr and Ctrl+Alt are _not_ the same thing and it's certainly possible to differentiate between them in Windows. An example was posted in this very thread: Microsoft's own VS Code....
Yes, in fact @giuspen's CherryTree used to distinguish them before that change. In my experience with using Windows, apps tend to either distinguish them (like Notepad++) or they prioritize one...

`scaletempo2=search-interval=50:window-size=40` does sound good on the sample I posted, at 1.1 and 1.2 speeds, even a bit better than scaletempo, I think. But it sounds bad on that last sample...
FWIW, there's a [foobar2000 component](https://foobar.hyv.fi/?view=foo_audiomd5) which can do this, but it only works for audio.
