Question about loading personal history data

Hello @Mr-yang12345 you can use the ask-and-tell interface for that. In this case you would only use "tell()". See the [warmstarting example](https://automl.github.io/SMAC3/latest/examples/1%20Basics/8_warmstart/) for that.
