Ok that makes sense. However, currently a lot of people are deliberately trying to inscribe "cursed" with an OP_66 tag, and all these people will feel rugged if they don't...
@raphjaph i made a PR to this branch that would recognize `OP_66` as "manually cursed" and prevent it from being unbound also i understand that introducing a new OP number...
