Make sure you're using at least Python 3.6. you might have to replace `python` with `python3` in the command.
Does this happen for a lot of your attachments? Otherwise you can simply copy over those attachments manually. The script should download everything else just fine. I'm afraid there's not...
That's weird, skipping them should be the default behavior. Can you post the output you're getting?

If you're on macOS, try disabling the AirPlay Receiver as described [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69818376/localhost5000-unavailable-in-macos-v12-monterey/69829313#69829313).
Just download it to your package directory (which you can find by going to `Preferences -> Browse Packages` in the menu)
