just idea for implementation: isn't better to use [pamd module](https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/community/general/pamd_module.html) for such action instead of copying whole file?

this happened since https://github.com/gsoft-inc/ansible-role-azure-devops-agent/pull/56 just define `az_devops_agent_group` as variable with already existing group.
