I am also encountering users who are surprised and/or confused that their input files are being deleted, often because they are unaware of the default setting for `file_completed_action`.

@SolomonShorser-OICR, Java plugins were released as experimental in Logstash 6.6.0 and didn't include the `rubyUtils.gradle` file at that point. I think that was released as part of the GA version...
