This has been done in branch [issue/1467](https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring/tree/issue/1467). Waiting for for thebigfix PR to be merged before creating PR.

@taylortom the work has been done, but it's quite clunky. The dropzone option suggested by @lc-thomasberger would probably be better.

Login email address should be case-insensitive

Agreed @canstudios-nicolaw. This causes us a lot of issues as well.

Core + Plugins - Move instruction text to core schema

@guywillis is the proposal to remove instruction from each of the core plugins schema and move to the component schema? If so will this cause issues for authoring tool users...

Asset management; Non-Admin users: Delete button should be hidden on other user's assets

Also deleted asset (that the course creator owns) are not shown in asset manager. Should have a greyed out image. I'm happy if course creators can soft delete assets they...
