So `activerecord-4.0.0/lib/active_record/connection_adapters/abstract/schema_definitions.rb` defines `ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::Table` and `...::TableDefinition`. The problem is that Table **does** have a `@base`, but TableDefinition **doesn't**.
