I saw this in Transformer, and I think this is a really cool feature if we have it in the framework. To implement it, we need this `from_pretrained()` needs model...
Possible features - Providing default configs / generating config files for each model (CAML, MultiResCNN) - Passing configurations through command line (e.g. `python run.py --model.params.dropout 0.3`)
