fromJSON loads ~350 nodes for about 40 seconds

Is there a chance that "git diff" will be implemented?

The Readme.md has the following text: "The code is available for non-commercial scientific research purposes." And the LICENSE file has a MIT license that allows commercial use.

fileList.AddFile is much slower then the convertion. Is there a way to optimize it?
