It appears there's an issue with `xdotool getactivewindow` called from the `emacs-everywhere-app-info-linux` function: ```sh $ xdotool getactivewindow XGetWindowProperty[_NET_ACTIVE_WINDOW] failed (code=1) xdo_get_active_window reported an error ```

So far I think this is related to Wayland, doesn't look like `xdotool` and it play well together
