Install Fails Without Cython

Stroke, and Stroke Width attributes also used when drawing text.

Text is now drawn with VG_FILL_PATH and VG_STROKE_PATH. This allows text to be outlined with any stroke width and color.

The "Record" button was always disabled, except during the few seconds of previewing.

The default "Folder" setting didn't exist, so the open dialog doesn't show up when the button is clicked.
