Can't access file whose filename contains #

The model url is invalid

The model url 'https://huggingface.co/deepinsight/inswapper/resolve/main/inswapper_128.onnx' in the install.py is invalid since the repo is taken down. And the url 'https://huggingface.co/henryruhs/roop/resolve/main/inswapper_128.onnx' is also invalid.
