Wait load css and manually run print when document is ready

Allow user manually run the print once the document is ready.

Can't extend store service

I extend the **store** like is recommended here https://github.com/emberjs/data/issues/4768, and the functions `batchCreate`, `batchUpdate `and `batchDestroy `are not defined in `this.store`.
