Updates the README to fix the link to the RFC. Fixes #92.

Right now, we don't support multiple tabs. We should discuss/figure out how we are going to add support for this.

First public release?

I'm pretty happy with how it works now. I think we should try to release it now and then work on improvements based on feedback. What do you guys think?...

Add a config file to the project
