Elevation "play" is it normal? I provided a photo. If place my arrow II antenna on the antrunner it tilts about 10 degrees. Worried that is skewing it's ability to track.

Also where can I go in and change the azimuth initial rotation occurring? grbltrk_rot_get_position: (az, el) = (63.000, 0.000)  

Latest Windows build? Was going to recompile latest but wanted to check first.

Has anyone created a windows build that is as up to date as Linux version?

ICOM 2730a > Hamlib -> Gpredict , Can't get it to change frequency based on doppler shifts. But I can manually change the Downlink frequency.
