Resolving xcode warning about "Block implicitly retains 'self'"

Added weakSelf to remove the warning: `Block implicitly retains 'self'; explicitly mention 'self' to indicate this is intended behavior`

Replaced it with .preferredFramesPerSecond. Removes use of something that's deprecated and in turn gets rid of an xcode warning
