Our azure pipeline isn't onboarded with MCR. I am not sure if we are able to pull this docker. Onebranch pipeline might be able to use it though. mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet-buildtools/prereqs:ubuntu-18.04-cross-arm64-20220808192756-6e40d49

On our lola VMs, it seems to improve latency by a bit when response sizes are small. I used `-requests:20`. 

Not much improvement regarding latency but throughput seems to be noticeably improved.

Oh, #3512 we changed it to collect Full.Light on the same day this issue was filed. Well, I don't think it's actionable until we hit a repro.
