What do you suggest instead?
Consider a variable like "url-prefix". I have some tenants who would deploy to "my-tenant.fredbob.com" but others would just use "fredbob.com"--thus the url-prefix is optional.
If ya'll like what I've done here I'll add some documentation around it too. For now all I'm looking for is a sanity check on the approach.

I've never actually used `HierarchySpec`. Could the call to `AddMethod` be a multiline lambda that contains all the code to generate the `Communication` object?
I still have fantasies that I'll be able to get back to it and get it updated, but the reality is it needs a new maintainer.
I no longer work in C# professionally and have not maintained a development environment. I love this project too, but Life Happens.
