Add cfg cmd for 'ignore-mode "display"' to hide/show like "toggle-show-read-feeds" for unread/read articles

I started configuring newsboat and i noticed the following missing configure command. An option that allows to hide/show ignored articles when `ignore-mode "display"`. Like `toggle-show-read-feeds` for unread/read articles.
