OG Pebbles still can show up new in-box, they may not be migrated. Migration FW is also not supported by RWS currently, but can be, requires cohorts to have `3.x-migration`...

Currently in the app locked some system apps are listed, but not all, and no system watchfaces are listed. We need to add the missing apps and conditionally show them...
