Before starting with ENet tutorial, follow the steps given on this [website](https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/2020.1/_tools_accuracy_checker_accuracy_checker_launcher_caffe_installation_readme.html) to install Caffe. Then start with ENet Tutorial. It worked for me.
