I was able to get this to work by using the older 3.7 version of patchman-client.

I'm seeing the same issues on reports/upload. No matter how I install: Docker, rpm, or python virtual environment. I am able to get past hurdles for the type of installation...

Its working !!!! Its at least gotten me past the patchman-client issue with either 404 or 500 errors. Thanks Marcus!
