ocs桌面软件打开 然后 浏览器弹出之后 点击网课网站 中国大学mooc 每次都打不开

希望加入这个网站（www.cqooc.com）的刷课功能

不知道为什么下载速度时快时慢 变化比较大 有时候甚至明明有下载速度 突然一下变为零

希望可以自定义下载速度
