Bug: .witchrc and log path variable path_log_file can cause panic if missing, both files need to be created manually to avoid panic.

After snap install, witch_spells folder aren't setup causing errors like "Error OS: File not found" and similar.

All files are compressed and needs proper setup to avoid error like: missing malware database, etc.
