OpenGL is rather finicky. Unfortunately, I really have no advice other than what's already described in the documentation. If anyone else knows how to fix this, please reply!
As in, inputting velocities to provide custom boundary conditions? That is not possible in the current version. What report is this you're referencing?
I'm not aware of such a feature. Perhaps they altered the source code themselves?
