[Bug]: Impossible to deselect all Lora (or select "None") in Settings > Extra Networks > Add Lora to prompt

Confirmed this is still an issue. I saw a suggestion out in the wild to add `sd_lora` to my QuickSettings, and was unable to unset it once I set it....

UXP: Failed to load the devtools plugin.

Might be good to change it repo-side to whatever the min version "really" is. I have a genuine copy and just got bit by this, myself. I'm sure some people...
