A reimport task got suddenly quite useful over the weekend

Unfortunately it requires more work - as often the infos in bot_sources are outdated. So for a useful reimport we need to dig for the verifymd5 in all known products....

https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/pull/8423 fixed the issue, but the test coverage of this code obviously lacks. So it would be good (possibly good first PR) to add a test for it.

Leave staging project in testing on pending checks
