I have no recollection of writing that code but the rules seem more grid-y than layout-y. Unless it will cause something to break, I say remove them from cf-layout.

Roger, `--next-release-from-metadata` is supposed to take care of that but I have a feeling my sneaky `git checkout CHANGELOG.md` broke it.
