Mosaic behavior in readme inverted from production behavior

Considering the iOS client now (finally) has native multi image (https://bsky.app/profile/rcombs.me/post/3lmslvz4vqk24), the mosaic default should probably be reverted back rather than fixing the readme.

bsky: can't do getBlob from certain alternative PDSes (i.e. brid.gy)

Going by [code from cbsky](https://github.com/goeo-/cbsky.app/blob/61d0528112053b8d497b32cc892bb0bf080adbd4/cbsky.py#L146-L170), you can do a lookup on `https://plc.directory/{did}` (for `did:plc:`) or `https://{domain}/.well-known/did.json` (for `did:web:`)
