bug: on TV, OnItemSelectedListener get the wrong position. FIXED.

I use this GridViewWithHeaderAndFooter view in a Android TV project, and in TV project. I found set OnItemSelectedListener not work properly.

MultiPartRequest bug

MultiPartRequest can't upload file, I think the bug is in SslHttpStack, setMultiPartBody(postRequest,request); //setEntity setEntityIfNonEmptyBody(postRequest, request); //setEntity you have set httpRequest.setEntity(entity) twice, so the MuliPartBody entity is override by getBody entity.

因为Gallery的特性, this.wrappedViewBitmap = Bitmap.createBitmap(measuredWidth, measuredHeight, Bitmap.Config.ARGB_8888); 这句代码是有内存泄露的. 频繁的重新创建Gallery,会导致以前的没有被回收,最终导致内存暴了

设置了负的Spacing后， 后面的Item盖住了前面的

假如现在是选中的是3， 3应该盖住4，但是实际上却是4盖住了3， 能不能修复这个bug
