@andreassolberg can we get this pull request approved? A fresh install of JSO throws errors without it.
Ideally, package-lock.json should be untracked from the repo. This way npm can resolve to the version already installed if it exists.

As an update: I've yet to experience issues with the export created from the above PR.
Upon further investigation it looks like these are local files that are present in the master branch community-edition-setup but not my server (which was provisioned this morning). I suspect somewhere...

We are also seeing this behavior. It's been annoying enough that we had to disable Continue as it kept covering up code with frozen tooltips. We're on MacOS 14.6.1, PyCharm...
