Any plan to submit to NPM like @openzeppelin ?

We hope pandora to submit it on NPM for make development easier for other dev adopt this standard.

Due to the majority of deployed tokens using WEI decimals (standard from Openzeppelin), I have made a little improvement in this part.

In the hoodie readme it says that the EOL for holesky is this year, while in the readme it will not be updated for this year soon.
