[UPDATE]: add a minimal reproducible example

Add a MRE of the problem mentioned in the very first bullet-point of section "Why you need an init system", which can be solved by using dumb-init in the Dockerfile

Changed argument of git clone from SSH to HTTPS for those who don't have the appropriate access rights or haven't set up an SSH key.
